This kit relies upon you having supplies of toilet paper and that the waste will be stored somewhere safely away from food, pets and water, until it can be collected. It is still a temporary solution in a disaster that allows you to use your existing toilet inside your own home. Each kit should last one person ‘at least’ five days, but this all depends on how you use it. The kit can be used for both No1’s and No2’s and you don’t have to worry about splitting your motion. The waste bags can be used all day long or for overnight when it may be difficult to get to a temporary toilet. 1 Bag could be used multiple times hence why it may last much longer than the five days … it depends how often you go and if it’s your own family or if you’re sharing in a flat.
