Emergency Lighting

We recommend using high quality LED torches with long life alkaline batteries as they are a much more reliable product. LED bulbs are very reliable and alkaline batteries (NOT carbon zinc batteries) have a 5 year shelf life and do not have a tendency to leak like the old carbon batteries.

A good LED torch with multiple LED’s and alkaline batteries should give a 5 year low maintenance solution which will be a much superior to dynamo products in both reliability, brightness and burn time.

We use Panasonic radios which are a reliable brand and only use alkaline batteries in all of our electrical products.

These products are essential items for any Emergency Kit.

We do not recommend having matches, candles or any source of naked flame in an office environment as it poses a fire risk in an emergency situation.
